Il doit pouvoir fonctionner au moins 10 heures / jour

Cet incinérateur doit être capable de détruire tous les déchets combustibles produits par les hôpitaux, cliniques privées, laboratoires, instituts, etc.

Spécifications de conception : types A, B, C, D et E de déchets médicaux  

Combustion «PYROLYTIQUE», en contrôlant la gazéification des déchets.

L’incinérateur doit éviter le dégagement de fumée noire et de poussières fines, (sans fumée) lors des chargements.

Il devrait être capable de réduire le volume des déchets de 98%.

Il doit être capable de maintenir l’émission dans la deuxième combustion avec une résidence de gaz d’au moins 2 secondes.

L’incinération doit être totalement exempte de fumée visible et d’ odeurs désagréables .

Le pouvoir calorifique inférieur (LCP) de ces déchets sera de 3500 kcal / kg

Les températures de combustion: Le minimum sera de 850 o C et le maximum de 1400 o C

Postcombustion: > 1100 o C.

Le diamètre intérieur de la cheminée: Ø 400 et sa hauteur: 8 m

Le volume de la chambre de combustion: 1.200 L

La dimension de la porte pour le chargement en cm: 70 × 70.

Le fonctionnement du brûleur doit être marche / arrêt automatique

Carburant: diesel

Le fournisseur doit fournir les informations nécessaires pour le meilleur de l’installation

Cet incinérateur à combustion «PYROLYTIQUE» doit avoir:

Une chambre de combustion des déchets:

* Porte parfaitement étanche pour le chargement manuel des déchets. Le chargement doit être manuel, chargement par lots  

* Un brûleur d’éclairage dont l’utilisation est limitée à l’allumage des déchets.

* Façade de chargement avec joints de porte montés sur charnières, roue de bouchon à vis, joint souple, et bourrage isolant en réfractaire.

* L’isolation de la chambre de combustion doit être composée de briques réfractaires, à haute teneur en aluminium et isolant des briques afin d’assurer une température minimale sur la tôle extérieure.

* Composition du réfractaire;

Béton réfractaire:

. Épaisseur : ≥100 mm

. Nature: 42% d’Al203

Isolez dans des panneaux fibreux:

. Épaisseur: ≥75 mm

Nature: silicate de calcium.

* Brûleur d’allumage des déchets, à combustible, guidage de coulée mono-bloc standard   flamme plongeante, éclairage et sécurité d’allumage électronique, ventilation permanente, vanne électromagnétique de régulation et vanne d’isolement.

* Plaque de combustion en Carborundum, évitant la fixation du verre et des scories.
