Supply of a hospital waste / general waste incinerator, including auxiliaries, packaging and transport to Sierra Leone (FCA Incoterms) as well as installation and commissioning supervision.
The name plate capacities and attribute requirements are detailed below:
Retort type diesel fuelled incinerator rated at 120kg/h.
Primary and secondary burners with temperature range 850 to 1000 degrees Celsius.
Top mounted chimney, lined and painted externally with high temperature corrosion protection.
Burners and fan controller to be included. The incinerator should run automatically with minimal human intervention to operate.
Stack emissions shall be within the legislative requirements of Sierra Leone as a minimum.
Provision for any special tooling requirements.
Provision of 1 year of spares for services and maintenance.
Provision of any critical or long lead item spares. Human Cremation Equipment
The scope of service additional to the supply of the incinerator is as follows:
Provision for packaging the incinerator components into an ISO shipping container, including lashing as required and transporting to the nearest sea port (Basetek can do this if necessary, though).
FCA shipping to Sierra-Leone, Free-town (again Basetek can do this if necessary).
Supervision of installation and commissioning of the incinerator on site in Sierra Leone.
Flight costs to site.
Personnel Protective Equipment.
The following items are excluded from the scope of supply and services:
Transport of the incinerator equipment from Free-town to Sierra Leone Site
Customs clearance and duties.
Meals and accommodation shall be provided for while on site.
Passenger transport from Lungi (Freetown airport) to Sierra Leone site and return trip.
Marine insurances.
